Favorite Family Recipes

Dear Friends, 
​Our family became involved in the hospitality industry in 1970 through a restoration project at the Fairfield Inn in Fairfield Pennsylvania. After the sale of the Fairfield Inn in 1977, my family purchased Hickory Bridge farm.

We continue our hospitality by offering delicious family style dinners that are served in a beautiful old barn decorated with hundreds of antiques. The barn dates back to 1865 and is constructed of oak and Chestnut wood. Dinner is served two large parties during the week and to individual guests on the weekends by reservations.

Bed and breakfast accommodations for our guests are also available at the farm. Several cottages are located in the woods along the stream. Each cottage features a king size bed, gas, fireplace, and whirlpool tub for two. Our farmhouse rooms have lovely accommodations and feature, king-size beds, cable, television, Wi-Fi, and whirlpool tubs for two. We serve a full farm breakfast for our overnight guests except on Sundays. We deliver breakfast to our guests room.

Many of the recipes included on our website are favorites at Hickory Bridge Farm. We hope that you will enjoy serving them in your home.
