Bed & Breakfast accommodations are featured in a 1750 farmhouse and several cottages.  All rooms have king size beds, microwaves, coffee makers and refrigerators.  The rooms in the Farmhouse all have cable television and Wifi. Since the cottages are in the woods, they do not have cable television or Wifi. Each room does have a television for viewing movies. All of the rooms in the newer part of the Farmhouse and the cottages feature a whirlpool tub for two guests. A full breakfast is served each morning but on Sunday an extended continental breakfast is taken to the guest’s room. ​
Just 15 minutes west of historic Gettysburg, Pa., about 15 minutes from Emmitsburg, Maryland, and about 90 minutes north of Washington, D.C., we have the convenience and peace and quiet we all need from time to time. Old Farmhouse Suite Accommodations
Our 1700's-era Farmhouse offers several individual second-floor guest rooms with downstairs common areas located inside or outside.  (Please note that children ages 12 and older can be accommodated only in the suite.)
"Old Farmhouse Suite" ~ features two bedrooms (one king and one queen bed) with one shower/bath tub
Circa "1750" Room ~ features a queen bed and shower bathroom
Master Room ~ features a king bed, shower/bath tub, double whirlpool and small private deck
Sewing Room ~ features a king bed, shower bath only and double whirlpool

Country Cottages Accommodations
Within walking distance of our Farmhouse and historic barn, our Country Cottages are tucked away in the woods along a stream and feature king beds, double whirlpools, gas fireplaces, microwaves and refrigerators.
(Please note that we can accommodate only adults in the Country Cottages.))

Guest Amenities
A full country breakfast is served at the farmhouse each day except on Sunday, when a basket breakfast highlighting homemade sticky buns are delivered to your room. Guests staying in the Old Farmhouse Suite are served Sunday breakfast in the historic farmhouse dining area.

    We offer rooms in our 1750 farmhouse and four charming country cottages. All rooms have king-size beds, microwaves, coffee makers, and refrigerators.
  2. What amenities are included in our rooms?
    Farmhouse rooms come with cable TV and WiFi, while our cottages in the woods have TVs for movies but do not have cable or WiFi. Many rooms also feature whirlpool tubs for two.
  3. What’s included with breakfast?
    We serve a full country breakfast Monday through Saturday. On Sundays, we deliver breakfast baskets with our homemade sticky buns to your room. If you’re in the Old Farmhouse Suite, you’ll enjoy Sunday breakfast in our historic farmhouse dining area.

    WiFi is available in our farmhouse rooms, but not in our cottages in the woods.

    Yes, just let us know your dietary needs in advance and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

    Minimum stay requirements may apply depending on the season—please ask when making your reservation.
  10. How far are we from Gettysburg attractions?
    We’re just 15 minutes west of Gettysburg, PA, and about 15 minutes from Emmitsburg, Maryland.
